Wesley sports medicine program
provides professional healthcare
The Wesley Wolverines can feel comfortable that they are carefully watched over by the Wesley Sports Medicine Department. All players become familiar with the staff early in the year.
Wesley's Certified Athletic Trainers work toward the prevention, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries.
A trainer attends all home softball games to serve both contestants. On the road, teams that the Wolverines visit also make their own trainers available.
On the Wesley Campus, the main training room is located on the ground floor of the College Center, directly below the Jim and Shirley Wentworth Gymnasium. There are also training rooms located at Wesley West Field House, and adjacent to the football locker room.
