It's a large freshman softball class -- 5 players! Together they have every position covered by their primary and secondary roles: a pitcher, two catchers, two utility, an infielder, shortstop, third base, and if fall-ball is any indication, several can snag a ball driven deep into the outfield, too.
THEIR HOMETOWNS. Usually, there is at least one Delawarean represented. Not this year. There's a Floridian from Cooper City while the rest are Marylanders from across the Chesapeake Bay, hailing from Baltimore, Hagerstown, Fallston and Leonardtown.
THEIR MAJORS. Their class schedules are on diverse paths. They are pursuing degrees in five very different majors: Environmental Science (Allison), Sports Management (Karina), Media Communications (Brooke), Law and Justice (Alyssa), and Physical Education K-12 (Autumn).
THEIR DIRECTION. Their sports resolve, however, is one path: a commitment to team and being the next wave of winning Wolverine fastpitch softball!
