BREANNA NEW COACH

Past MVP, fielding standout
Breanna Hartman returns as new
Assistant Coach for 2017 Wolverines

Wesley graduate 2016 Breanna Hartman never misses a beat -- or, actually, more famously, never misses smoothly fielding a softball. Now she's not even skipping the upcoming softball season!

A starting fixture covering second base for the Wesley Wolverines over the past four years, Breanna returns this Monday, after the current long Winter break, as a new Assistant Coach for Head Coach Juli Greep. She will join Assistant Coach Brooke Donovan for whom she played last year.

Breanna enjoyed an illustrious fastpitch career for Wesley, 2013 - 2016, starting in all but 3 games, while always delivering a steady, reliable bat at the plate. A multiyear captain, Breanna was also the 2015 team MVP contributing a career .986 fielding percentage, arguably the best defensive player ever to dawn the Navy and White.

Although her athletic accomplishments are remarkable, Breanna was also a tremendous student having been named an NFCA Academic All-American and to the ALL CAC Academic team in each of her four years.
