It's Kelly Palmer from Hershey, PA, where she has been roaming left field as a three-year varsity letter winner heading into her senior season for the Lower Dauphin High School Falcons.
Kelly signed her letter of intent for Wesley College on national signing day this past week.
"We are thrilled to have Kelly joining our 2017 class," said Head Coach Juli Greep. "She is a very talented outfielder with speed, a great arm, and reads the ball really well."
Kelly's high school takes special pride in their athletes. Signing along side Kelly were twelve fellow students representing eight sports for colleges and universities near and far. A crowd of parents, coaches, teachers and classmates all joined in the ceremony.
The high school also takes their softball very seriously. The Falcon fastpitch team has won their AAAA districts for the last 9 years in a row. Kelly has been a unfailing contributor to the team's success.
