He will be entering his fourth year this season of shooting Wolverines batting, running, sliding, fielding grounders, chasing down fly balls or just having pre-game or post-game fun on the sidelines.
He rarely misses a game at home, or on the road, or at Myrtle Beach, or Orlando, Florida! He shares his work with everyone via a post at this blog that is provided copyright free for fans, family, and friends to view and/or download.
In the past, Jose has usually positioned himself and his camera for home games behind the center field wall. That may change with the new, higher fence at Dupont Softball Field, but Jose has always proved very resourceful, too. So, we will see.
Jose doesn't take “a” photo of any single play. He has his finger pressed on burst mode for a string of continuous shots. It is not unusual for Jose to deliver 200 or 300, sometimes 400 or even more photos from a day's doubleheader.
The best of his work -- about 100+ shots per doubleheader -- is shared with everyone at this blog. You will find fresh shots of the upcoming 2017 season from Jose posted here in the weeks ahead.
